e-Recording

Between 8am and 2pm we accept electronic recording from the five companies listed below. Please contact these companies directly to eRecord your documents. All five can send us non-conveyance documents, but only CSC, EPN, ICE (Simplifile), and Hopdox are on our DocRouter automated routing to the Transfer and Engineering offices, so only these four have access to also submit eRecordings for conveyance type documents. Note that eRecording is NOT instant recording. Delays can occur. If you need assurance of same-day recording, please consider visiting the office to file it by 3:45pm.
