Documents not available online can be provided in hard copy format for $2.00 per page as required by the Ohio Revised Code. This can be done by mailing a check to the Lake County Recorder, 105 Main St., Painesville, OH 44077 and including a self-addressed stamped envelope.

Documents may also be obtained in person at this office Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Please check with the Recorder's Office for Verification Date.
